- Each paid plan's monthly fee comes back as that month's usage credit; usage beyond it is billed at the unit prices. Credits reset every month.
- Memory is priced per GiB-hour ($0.00225); recorded as memory_gb.
- Disk on paid plans costs $0.08 per GiB-month ($0.00011 per GiB-hour) while the machine exists, running, paused or stopped; the system disk, snapshots and a paused machine's saved memory are free.
- Every plan includes monthly egress (100 GiB Free, 1 TiB Pro, 5 TiB Builder, 50 TiB Team), then $0.02 per GiB; outbound bandwidth is capped near 50 Mbit/s per machine.
- Accounts registered before 2026-10-20 had five free sandboxes until 2026-12-01; after that the free plan runs one at a time.
- Enterprise is custom, with a 99.9% SLA, SSO/SAML and SCIM, audit logs, a dedicated pool or BYOC and a HIPAA BAA.
- A `ci` template runs GitHub Actions jobs with `runs-on` labels (instabox-medium); that runner product is not recorded here.
